Our voice has multiple voices wich come from individual and collective unconscious. With a good training , we can verify an unsuspected vocal range , from a very low to a very high pitch sound , so as expressions or sound "coloraturas" wich come from deep emotions. The voices of the voice emerge with the INTENT ( INTENTO ) , that´s to say , from the essential intention to the unconscious , uncovering emotions , that no feelings , subpersonalities from our own Self , and the shadow , whose sound presence need to be amplified for being integrated positively in our conscious mind. Thoughts wich come from the highth , our head , and emotion wich come from the deepth , our belly , put together through the sound wich frees by mouth. Dicovering the masculine in women and the feminine in men. The union of opposites. Harmonics and sub-harmonics as a proof from the great elastic vocal tube and soul resonancies. INGREDIENTS OF A WORKSHOP

_The piano as a western metaphor of a great pitagoric diapason. My voice reacts to its notes , my voice resounds with it.
_Inner dancing. Closed eyes.
_Psycho- physical work. Shearching for, in a high concentration , center, balance, gravity , verticality and impulse. With and without sound. Absolute attention to the body as a way of conscious NO thinking. With and without sound. A falling down of psychic defences.
_Chantings , random harmonies , song styles. With and without movement into the studio. The earth and the heaven , the high and the low , extreme vocal sounds. Closed eyes.
